Dear Clark Families:

We are excited to kick off Clark Elementary PTA’s major fundraiser for the year.  Our goal is 100% participation from all the families this year because—–    No Boosterthon, No catalog sales!

Your donation will make a huge impact since all the money goes directly to our school and everyone including other family members and friends can participate….at any level!  For this reason, we are asking each Clark family for a cash, check (preferred) or online donation, in any amount you are able to give.  Because we are a non-profit organization, your donation can be 100% tax deductible.  In recognition of your child’s high school graduation year, we are asking parents to donate the amount he or she will graduate.  You can, of course, always give more!   If your child is in:

To wrap it up:

Collect the donations-ask families, friends, businesses!

Hand out receipts (attached)–your donor keeps the DONOR COPY.  The student returns the SCHOOL COPY along with all monies or checks payable to Clark Elementary PTA in the envelope provided labeled with the student’s name and homeroom teacher.

All donations are due FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2014!


*Every student that participates and turns in a donation will enter a raffle for $200!

*The Homeroom in each grade level with the most donations at the end of the fundraiser will       have a Philly Swirl party!

*The Homeroom in the school with the most donations collected overall will have a pizza and snow cone party!
